His passion for clinical orthodontics and commitment to education have made him a solicited lecturer at a national and international level.

His lecture for the annual PAO meeting will focus on ways to establish work-life balance in orthodontics. Dr. Secchi will explain how the CCO System provides unique protocols to improve the efficiency of your clinical practice, and the value of measuring treatment time in minutes rather than visits or months.

His lecture for the PAO will focus on leadership, customer service principles, hiring, talent development, scripting for consistent company message, and a mission of serving others.

Simplifying Treatment Mechanics: Time is the essence

                                                                                                                     Dr. Antonino Secchi

Work-life balance has taken a different meaning for most people. We don’t live to work; we work to live! Therefore, time is the essence. Orthodontics is a great profession in so many aspects, but can be stressful and challenging, taking too much personal time.

How can we achieve that work-life balance in orthodontics? Dr. Antonino Secchi, husband, father of 5 and private practitioner for over 2 decades will share with you several tangible steps you can take to improve the way you practice and live.

In this lecture, Dr. Secchi will explain how the CCO System provides unique protocols to improve the efficiency of your clinical practice, and the value of measuring treatment time in minutes rather than visits or months. Dr. Secchi will illustrate through several clinical cases, step by step, each one of the concepts that will make your everyday mechanics more efficient and predictable.
